Line-up for CEE Animation Forum announced

CEE Animation Forum, the animation industry’s regional pitching, financing and co-production event has announced its line-up for the 2024 edition (Pilsen, Czech Republic, November 12-13).

THE FOREST FIVE

A total of 31 projects – with a strong accent on projects produced in Central and East Europe – will be presented in four categories: features, TV series, shorts and student films. Even though animation within a CEEA context is anything but an art form exclusively for young audiences, the young target group scores particularly well with eight projects for children, six for teenagers and six for young adults. Among which you’ll find some utterly intriguing titles. How about a Christmas fairy-tale from Hungary (THREE WISHES), the new work of Filip – TONY, SHELLY AND THE MAGIC LIGHT – Posivac (THE AXOLOTLS – photo)), testimonies from children in the Ukrainian war (ENGLISH LESSONS) or a dog-story for preschoolers (BASIA AND A DOGGY SUMMER)? All this and much more you’ll find on the event’s project page.
